Is it free?
Eligible subscribers can try Gymbo free for 7 days. Then Gymbo Pro is ₹399/month, or ₹250/month effective on the annual plan, billed through the App Store. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility; one introductory offer is available per subscription group.
What happens when my trial ends, and can I cancel or get my data out?
If you are eligible for the introductory offer, your 7-day trial is free. After that, billing starts automatically through the App Store at ₹399/month or ₹2,999/year, whichever you picked. It renews each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime through the App Store; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can export your data from the app whenever you like and ask us to delete your account in the app or by contacting us. We remove or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep some records by law.
Do my clients need to download anything?
No. Gymbo is for you, the trainer. Your clients just train. You punch the class.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Punch classes and record payments without signal; they sync when you're back online.
Is my client data private?
Your client data is yours. You can export it anytime, and we never contact your clients.
Which phones does it support?
iPhone, for now. That's where we're focused.
How do payments work?
You record cash or UPI payments yourself. Gymbo keeps the running balance. It doesn't touch your money.
Can I import my existing clients?
If your clients are saved in your phone's contacts, yes. Gymbo adds each client's name and phone number.
